Some updates in my life (again)..
Btw, have I ever mentioned that my purpose of having a blog is so that I'm able to read it again next time, maybe 3-4 years later....
Main things that happened since the previous post
1) Mothers' Day
2) Sis Birthday
3) RMG meeting (cannot really call it an outing since we did not go out)
4) Band Concert
5) Section outing
6) SCS Finals
Shall not mention much about mothers' day and sis's birthday. Well, to make it short, I had a wonderful time with my family <3
RMG Meeting
Had a superb time with the girls. Even though I see Carissa and Dawn in school almost everyday, but its just so different when all 4 of us just come together and spend time with each other. Went to J8 with Carissa after GP paper... wanted to buy KOI but the queue was crazy...
and we wanted to buy Tamagotchis! So after eating ice-cream, we went around to look for it.. but couldn't find any stores that have it....
We then went to the Toy'r'us at United Square. Still nothing...
Oh, but we found a store there that sells sweets (something like stickies). Can't remember the shop name though...
Met Dawn and Serangoon MRT, rented DVDs, bought snacks, walked to Carissa's house, waited for Serene to come. And Dawn locked Serene out of the room cause she was late... Haha
Then, we stalked people on Facebook. LOL. Dawn did not join in the fun though... XP
Ate dinner (it was super yummy). Played rock band for hours with just the guitar and the mic. Drum set was spoilt if not it would have been more fun!
Cam-whored.... And they sent me out to take a cab. Couldn't stay over cause band concert was the next day =((
Took many pictures while walking out..
Had a great time with them... I think the next time we will probably meet up like this again would be after A's.
and we haven't planned our trip!!!!!!!!!

Band Concert
I screwed up my solo. GAHH. Whatever though....its over....
Well, it was fun though tiring. Repertoire had about 9 songs. We totally rocked the house during Japanese Graffiti =)
Practices before that ended pretty late so it was really tiring, plus there was a need to study for GP.
Came up with the moves for Jap graf together with Nazreen, Roslyn, Elaine, Xinyi, and some J1s.
Thanks to everyone that came to support me. Glen, Yiting, Matthias, Derek, Dawn, Serene, Carissa, Jyr Minn, Zhi Yi, An Qi, Yeok Ling, Clarence and Kovan.
Had a major cam-whoring session after we were dismissed in the band room.
Supper at Chomp Chomp with Yiting, Glen, Matthias and Derek after that. Missed them much. =)))
Section Outing
1 word. SUNBURNT!!!
I'm starting to peel.... yucks. Went to east coat park. Ate subway and cycled for 3 hours... It was raining at first but stopped after awhile....
Bused to suntec after that. Bought new socks and FBTs. And, I got myself a Tamagotchi!!! Haha.
SCS Finals
Had lunch with CZ, Ulysses, Rodney and Zheng Ting. The rest did not reply nor even turn up. Actually only Ulysses replied... Haha. And that 3 "gays" did not eat anything at all... Had a fun time crapping in BK.
Went to scape warehouse. Its this new building just next to Cineleisure. Nice place =)
Started cleaning chairs....yea...we cleaned the chairs. Then had a short briefing. Dinner time, but we went to buy drinks instead. Got dispatched into our different roles. I was the photographer for the day, used Yihua's camera. Fun, but tiring, my hands were aching... =(
The 4 finalists spoke, and it was great. I didn't dare to use flash cause they may get distracted...
The judges were really funny, haha. Felt as though it was Singapore Idol.
Jack and Rai is awesome!!!! Jack smiled at my camera!!! But the camera ran out of battery so I didn't manage to get that shot at first. So, I ran out to find the camera case which had the extra battery. When I resumed, he smiled at my camera, AGAIN! So after taking the picture, I smiled and nodded at him to thank him, and he smiled back!!! Gosh, I'm such a fan-girl. Then I ran (sort of) to where CZ and the rest were at the back of the auditorium and showed them the pictures... Haha. I was damn high at that time. But one disturbing fact is that because Jack and Rai were performers and the main show were on the contestants, everyone went to the toilet during their performances. Sighs... they must have felt so...... I don't know how to describe it.
Prize presentation after that, thanked all the sponsors, organizers, etc.
CZ got the Ambassador of the year award. =)))))
Then at the end when they were thanking the ambassadors, the audience started to leave.... totally WTH la... no etiquette at all... sheesh. Took a group picture together with everyone...then went back to my job of taking pictures of others. Hope the last few pictures turn out well because my hands were really tired. Luckily there was another photographer from *scape who is more professional, and another guy (who was a contestant) that brought his DSLR. Hope that the pictures get uploaded soon!!!!
Didn't manage to get a shot with Jack and Rai. Totally forgot about it because it was kinda chaotic. =((((
Wonder if there is another chance that I'll get to see them... I think I'm going to buy their album! SUPPORT LOCAL TALENTS!!!
SCS party this coming Saturday. Guess it would be the last time that all of us come together. Though I don't know a lot of people, but at least I got to know some new friends. Haha.
Oh wells, its the June Holidays. Everything is coming to an end, or have already ended. Band, SCS.... Going to miss it a lot. Going to concentrate on my studies from now on.
